How do we pay for our stay at Chalet Cime Bianche?
A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining 50% due 15 days upon your arrival at the property. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 15-day period from the scheduled arrival date.
Is breakfast included as standard with all apartment suits?
Breakfast is included in the price and will be served at the Hotel Cime Bianche which is located next to the Chalet from 08:00 to 9:30.
At what time do we check in and check out?
You can check in between 15:00 and 20:00. The check out time is 10:00.
